Power Cement Ltd (PCL) has signed a term sheet with Burj Solar (Pat) Ltd for the development and financing of a 9.6MW wind power project at Deh KaloKohar, Nooriabad Industrial Estate, District Dadu (Sindh), Pakistan. CK Birla Group subsidiary Orient Cement Ltd reported a 1.4 per cent uptick in revenue from operations to INR8.88bn in January-March 2024 when compared with the equivalent quarter of the previous year, when revenue reached INR8.76bn. Sanghi Industries has posted revenue of INR2883.3m (US$34.5m) in the quarter ended 31 March 2024. This compares to INR2270.1m in the same period a year earlier. Lucky Cement Ltd announced its financial results for the 9MFY23-24 on the Pakistan Stock Exchange website on 29 April.
